RSL has aparrently traded Chris Klein to LA for Nate Sturgis and Robby Findley.

I'm not quite sure how to say this, but I think we have finally made a trade where RSL didn't get reemed, depending on what the details of the trade are. (I'm sure RSL is at least covering some of the cap space Klein will take up, since cap space is something LA has little to none of... Klein has been one of the few bright spots all season for RSL, but Sturgis is solid now with great pace, and has the potential to be a marquis player in MLS...he can play outside back as well as center, and would even be an improvement at D-mid. The only downside is that he won't be available until after the U-20 WC. Findley is a prototypical irish-style striker...knock the ball on and outrun the rest of them bastards. Good first touch, fast and a finisher. (Obviously not actually Irish-in point of fact, a Phoenix native)

So, RSL should have gained cap space and picked up some very good young talent. Downside: we're going to suck even worse for the near future, having lost both our starting outside midfielders for the next game...good thing I'll be in Chicago.[/url]

I wonder if we will move Medhi to the right side, put Andy in the middle and then put Watson on the left side with either Lancos or Talley(if he is fit) playing D-mid. Lots of speed and energy, could be a change that works out, hell the worse that can happen is we lose, oh wait that is all we have done for the last couple matches.

Findley-Esky
Medhi-Andy-Talley-Watson
Forko-Stewart-Pope-Kipre
Rimando

I actually think that line up could cause some issues for teams in the next couple weeks.

fuck, I wish they would get rid of Stewart. I can't stand how his mistakes have been costing us games all season long.

Umm, while Stewart has made a few mistakes, it was Torres who cost us the last match. Stewart's worst mistake is being played out of position and a couple times being in the wrong place. Our defense has not been as bad as people think, I believe the weakness comes from our inability to control the midfield. We are allowing teams to get to much access to our defense. I think the constant changes to the lineup have made it difficult for any of our players to build a solid unit, where players know what to expect of each other and how to cover for each other. I truely hope that we get this discovery phase of our new coach out of the way and then move on to the real battles of trying to win matches.
