Public Enemies

Michael Mann does it again.
No one does a shootout like Mann; and there are some good ones in this film...right up there with Mann's phenomenal '95 'Heat'... The acting and story are spot on too!
Depp seems born to play this role. Also very cool to see Stephen Graham in the film; he has a small role as 'Baby Face Nelson' but when he is on screen he makes quite the impact.
Michael Mann always does such a good job shooting his actors and with his attention to detail. One can feel the tension of the scene without a single word.
I love the time era of this film..such classy style..no better director than Mann to show it off.
I will for sure be adding this one to my collection when it comes out on Blu-Ray! I think I will have to see this one on the big screen one more time.
