I can't make it till after the match--work till 8--but if you guys are gonna stay till at least 9 or so I'll come.

EDIT: May be able to get off slightly early and make it right around 7:30 or 8, but that'll be the earliest.

Guess it all depends how the match goes and if we are still discussing things for the upcoming season. Give a call when you are done with work and see if we are still there and how long we are sticking around.

Is there anyone thinking about trying to get to this match out in Chicago?

So Julia found a really good deal for flights and 2 night stay in Chicago for around $330; that is a deal for a group.
I would join but more than likely will not be able to leave until Friday evening or Sat AM.
So my question is..Anyone else interesting in going Friday evening through Sunday afternoon/evening? Or Sat AM-Sunday afternoon?
If there is interest I will put my travel deal skills to work and find us a deal.
I would like to head back and catch the match and spend some time in Chicago.

2 of us from the RCB-Idaho branch will be going. We get in Saturday about 5. Flying into Midway, which is about 5 miles from the stadium. I think we're staying at a Hilton Garden Inn near Midway - not sure exactly because my buddy booked it. Hope to see more RCB there!

Now I wonder if I have luggage big enough to fit the poles for my 2 stick banners in.

What little money I have, I'm saving for Seattle. As good a deal as $330 is that would wipe out pretty much all of my funds.

Cheers RSL fans. Let me know who is going, I will give you some advice regarding bars, tailgates, etc. I'm taking the bus from Small Bar Saturday to watch WCQ matches first. If you are looking for a base camp bar I suggest in the following order: Small Bar, Simone's, Fado, Elephant and Castle. They all run buses, $10 plus beer, but you will have abuse heaped upon you...in good natured fun mostly.

I think there is a reggae/soul night Saturday night after the match, and for any West Ham fans there is a dinner and ska show Friday night.
