So one of the gals I work with, who I have gotten tickets to RSL matches in the past. Decided to step up the whole birthday gift for a co-worker thing.

She tracked down Esky with a copy of his comcast poster from a couple months ago and had him personalize it with
"Happy Birthday Denzel"

There is a good chance I will be heading out to Vegas tonight with a buddy, he has tickets to the RSL match in LA tomorrow, and since I don't have HDNet (damm that Mark Cubin), it may be the only way I get to see the match.

It is a toss up between that an a new laptop for my birthday.

I also snagged one of the new RSL hoodies, since we all know it will be a cold day in RES soon enough. That plus the $100 bill from work make for a nice day.

My birthday is actually Monday, but at work we celebrated today.
complete with cake (soccer themed of course).

I went to pick up the laptop (the $599 acer) but they had sold the last one, so it must mean I should wait. I am going to pass on the trip to LA, I am working on a trip next weekend to visit Chicago and the US vs. Brazil match, one of my uncles has tickets, so I may head out and visit some family, not sure yet.
