The top of the Duomo was closed when I was in Florence, but I love that city.

I drunkenly danced around the Duomo after Italy won the the world cup.
One of the benefits of hanging around a group of soccer supporters is that your taste in beer goes up a lot. It’s like “Sideways” with more swearing. But we digress.

I don't see how people would climb up there in the middle of summer. It truly would be HELL!
