FO Revolving Door

Yet another "New" Fan Relation Coordinator. Is this the 3rd one this season???? How many does that make it since day 1?

My name is Ross Quigley and I have recently been added to the Real Salt Lake Team. I want to get in touch with you to let you know that I am your new Fan Relations Coordinator. This is somewhat of a new position formed that is separate from a sales representative in that I am 100% dedicated to our season ticket holders and making sure that you have a person to contact with questions, concerns, need for additional game tickets, and any other needs or problems. Anytime you need something please feel free to contact me and I will give you my best concierge type service. I am here for you!

Coming up here soon we will begin the season ticket renewal process and I will be the representative to walk you through the process of upgrading or adding seats to your season ticket orders. As we go through this process, I will do my best to make it as smooth and simple as possible but please let me know of any concerns or questions. I look forward to our conversations and building a relationship with you as we go forward throughout the remainder of this season and then moving on to next season. Thank you so much for your support in our team and organization. Like I said already, please contact me whenever you have a need for tickets, if you have questions or concerns, and for anything else that I can assist you with.

Sincerely,

Ross Quigley

Really makes me wonder what the qualifications are for the job and the pay.
One of the benefits of hanging around a group of soccer supporters is that your taste in beer goes up a lot. It’s like “Sideways” with more swearing. But we digress.

Ross was an intern that they hired. Not sure if that is a good thing or not but I am sure he will not last long. The good part is that the better people like Brent are moving up in the organization, while the others are just moving.

who the hell changed the board theme, this is lame ass. One of you needs to step up and take charge.
The RCB is moving to sections 8 & 9 at the new stadium, do you have your 2009 season tickets?

I would...but am WAY too busy with other things. Is there anyone else who has the time to do this for the group?
